That would be a very wrong decision.
Go into the first 2-3 months of Trump's time in office with effectively no leader/government so the Libs can choose a new leader and then that individual attempts to govern until Aug-Sept when an election would be then called for October? That new leader would for certain have Parliament recess in June for the entire summer as well. So we'd have a leader from March to June with somehow a budget dropped in that time frame as well - ridiculous. We have sunk to Italian-style government and completely deserve to be ridiculed by Trump and others. I'll be dusting off my petition to become a British Colony again.
from the other side: maybe we are better off with him there and someone else calling the shots. And on that, who is the deputy prime minister these days?
