Is Trooper still a rank in the Armoured Corps?

If so, how long has it been a rank in the Canadian Armed Forces(I know that it was a rank during WW2)?

I believe that it is the same rank as a Sapper in the Canadian Military Engineers(formerly Royal Canadian Engineers.

As specified in The National Defence Act, rank titles equivalent to the rank of Private include the folloing:

Able Seaman
Ordinary Seaman
Trooper
Aircraftman
Gunner
Sapper
Signalman
Guardsman
Fusilier
Rifleman
Craftsman
