Most Palestinians, from the West Bank and Gaza, who need complex medical care get it in Israel, even now, after 7 October. Palestine simply does not have the advanced medical infrastructure while Israel is something of a medical powerhouse.

Figured someone like him would go to a friendlier country than Israel for medical. I also figured if he stepped foot in Israel they would have arrested him.

Pretty sure he's missing his hand in the drone video. This is after his position was already hit by either a tank round or a MATADOR. I've read both as possibilities.

I have to wonder if he came out of the tunnels because all of the hostages are dead or that he had lost all abilty to command from the tunnels and was attempting to reorganizing his remaining forces?

Drone footage released by the Israeli military on Thursday is said to show Sinwar in the moments before he was killed.

Which is interesting, because half of the doctors at London Health Sciences Centre in London, Ontario appear to have been in Gaza in the days and weeks prior to October 7, and thereafter.
