Saw this earlier. Was going to post it myself but the source seems very sketchy (check other stories on there, many are "self" sourced), been a couple hours and not a peep about this anywhere else on the planet that doesn't link right back there. That independent journalist has either been played or is lying for clout/clicks.


This is the closet thing to what is being described anywhere I could find, and it's not an EO and hasn't really gone anywhere.

Having given up much of America’s ‘soft’ power and a fair bit of its ‘squishy’ power, he’s moving on to ceding firmer sorts of power than previously.

That’s a surprisingly tough call. On the one hand, it’s the right sort of hamfisted for him, and relies on the sort of stupidity from other people that he tends to depend on. On the other hand, nobody ever lost money betting on Donnie being petulant.
