No unfortunately I live out West. I heard that there might be a tailor or two in Vancouver, BC who can do them and I do make my way out there usually once or twice a year.

I'd recommend sourcing the material yourself, then finding a good tailor shop. If you're in Victoria/Vancouver Island I suspect there are tailors there who can/do make them on a somewhat regular basis. There isa fairly large pool of people of with Scottish ancestry out that way from what i saw while posted there.

If you get your trews in the right tartan the long lines make you look taller and thinner.
