Is the recruiting website down?

We've been trying to start our son off, and last week and again this evening, when we go to the "Apply Now" page to start the application off, and regardless of whether we try to sign-in with a trusted agent "Sign-in Partner" or try to sign up for a new GCKey, we get the same govt of Canada site down notice.

Is the great CF recruiting system experiencing yet more difficulty?  Or are we doing something wrong?

The "Online Application" portion of our website is currently experiencing technical difficulties.  The problem is being worked on and we hope to have this resolved shortly.
