These numbers will be slightly different based on where you are, if you are married, etc. As a recruit 5 years ago in Borden (paying Ontario income tax) who was single and only having deductions for R and Q, tax, EI, CPP, and RPP my paycheques were about $678 after tax, etc every 2 weeks. However at that time Private incentive 1 pay was $2484 per month, barracks was $82 (for a room with 3 other people) and rations were $ 397 (versus the $500ish they are now) Hope that sort of gives you an idea.
