Ottawa Skill At Arms Competition

Hey, just wondering to anyone who's been to Ottawa for the Skill At Arms competition (happening this year April 7-9) -- what kind of stuff do  you do? I heard there's obstacle course, ruck march, day shoot, night shoot..what else is there?
