They also make a 106mm (?) RR version which I believe we also used in the Armour Defence platoons.

They might need a bit of work to "Canadianize" them though.  Service publications prints a nice short primer on the M38A1 1/4 ton that I think spells out what you need to do.

I remember taking a few for road tests down Rubber Road in Aldershot. That extra leaf in the rear springs made for some really stiff suspensions when we took them off road. To umm ... test the suspension. Yeah that's it. Got make sure it would handle well cross country.

Yep. All us maintenance guys looking out for your welfare.
