Good news for NL Reserve members

The NL government has made it a priority to enact a policy in this years session to protect the jobs of NL Reserve members.

It will be interesting to see how the legislation is worded

So far, a Reservist job will be protected.

I am sure when the finer points start to rear there heads some  questions will arise as to the weight of the protection.

Will be interesting to see what governments solution will be to a employer's denial of time off for the Reservist.

Not an easy problem to solve.
