Also its a good idea to wear a good pair of cotton socks. 6k's a breeze its not like your sprinting the whole way. Your only as good as the rest of the team. Not good to stand out. Have fun training.

If you're going to take the Test then be ready for it. Its that simple. The reason they don't pay for you is they told you the requirements the first time and if you don't meet them why should they waste anymore money or time for free . Didn't they tell you what was required at the CFRC...
