Hello,

I am interested in joining the Canadian Army and am currently on the "Ready for Competition" list. I would like to know how long this step typically takes before receiving an offer.

Additionally, I am applying for the Financial Services Administrator role. Could you please provide information on the rank I would be assigned upon completing basic training and occupational training in this field?

I received a telephone call to schedule an appointment nearly four weeks after submitting my online application. However, the timing of your call largely depends on the workload at your recruiting center. If there isn't a long queue, you may be contacted sooner. Keep your fingers crossed and watch your phone closely.

It's been a few years Jamie. I'm trying to get ahold of Sid. He'd be the fella that would know the Gunners from your Dad's time. Wish I had held onto a nominal roll when I left. My apologies those names aren't ringing a bell. I'm also trying to get ahold of a former Gnr. bud who was with the Bty on closing and stayed back for move of the Bde. down to Lahr.

Hello I'm trying to find information about my grandfather Pte Maurice Oakland O'Brien or know as Morris or Bud. He enlisted September 1939 Royal Canadian Army Medical Corps 4th Field ambulance B88276 some photos of him and his Army Buddies, I would appreciate any information or photos.

Still around. Cannot believe how long since I posted last. 7 great grandchildren since that posting. Some health problems related to service. Which VAC has been out standing in their help.

I have a contact that might be able to help you. They do PLARs for health services (prior learning assessment report) and recruiting for reserves. And I don’t want to transfer my file to Toronto while I’m here because in Toronto it’s horrible delays for everything due to very busy location. hi, great to have seen u got into the army at your age, i'm at your age as well, i just wonder if you have joined the reserved army or full time? any particular position that you haev applied for or interested in? also, Air force, Navy and Army, which have you joined? as i'm interetsed in air force, do u think it would be too low of a chance to be accepted?
