uptight and hungry ? Normal?

I found the "tight" feeling goes away if you drink lots of water slooooowly after your run.  My trainer suggested G2 as well, since it replaces what you lost and isn't full of sugar.  Personally, I like water.  It helps with the hunger too, but don't just bolt it down... drink it slow.  Good luck reaching your goal.  Don't give up.

ETS: aha i mentioned getting locked.

mellian,bunnyfoofoo(and any body else): The feeling of being tired,hungry has almost gone away now that, i have gotten into a more serious routine.
although the "tight" feeling is still there after a run or workout, But if i just lie there for a bit after it goes away quite fast now. ( so it  doesn't last very long anymore)  :)
