I have never delt with township roads and the such before and would love some help

Looks like the 911 address of a Rural Road.  Try your local Ambulance Service.  The Post Office has their Postal Code Book with every postal code in the country, but it sometimes is lacking the right info you need.

I was there just last week. Turn left at the Tim Horton's, and keep going until you see a guy on a tractor. Pull over and ask him "where the hell am I?"  Follow his directions from there, but stop if your hat starts to float.
