Training Program For New Recruits

Hey guys,
To all new recruits who are trying to find a training program. I have been using this british program. Its pretty good, you can choose your level and starting points. Its a 4 week program.

Looks decent enough! I am using Cross-fit, and it is working heaps for my muscle endurance! only five months to go!
 
That's a good find, especially as it shows correct posture for the exercises they recommend. Next to taking on more than is reasonable to expect of an unfit body, incorrect execution of exercises is one of the biggest causes of injury to people starting out an exercise routine.
