Russian EW for the most part is broad spectrum jamming. Their DF and SigInt capabilities are fairly 1980’s vintage. The only efforts they seem to have put in is ILS and Commercial GPS spamming

It's formidable, but they had not really taken into account the effect on their own systems. So that forced them to use more sparingly than they planned.
