Support our fallen Canadian Soldiers. Visit Heroes Hockey Challenge for event details and charitable donations.

Heroes Hockey Challenge will be featured in five cities: Vancouver, Edmonton, Toronto, Montreal, and Halifax.
The cities were chosen given their size and proximity to major military bases or strong connections to the Canadian Forces and the NHL.

How do I get to play on a team? I'll drive myself to TO, don't worry about high rate mileage.  >:D

Hey Gwen21, thanks for posting the links.  Mcpl. Paul Franklin (ret) is working on this along with a few of our friends.  If you want information, PM me and I will send along your contact information to him.
It is going to be a fantastic event across the country.

Heroes Hockey Challenge, 2012 Schedule

I've heard that event sponsors are watching social media to see how information about the HHC spreads. Take a moment to like it on Facebook as the simplest way to share info with your own contacts.

The jerseys are ready for order,...fantastic.

My buddy and I would have bought them right off the truck at the army run if they had them ready.
Hey Santa,  first of all, I'm sorry, second of all,....

Well the first of the six events is now complete.  The turn out in Calgary was good - 4000 spectators for the game, and 500 people at the Gala.  The live entertainment at the Gala was, amazingly enough, Johnny Reed.  The game was a lot of fun to watch, and the highlight was definitely Sgt Austin Williams going toe to toe with Tiger Williams!

Next up is Vancouver - the Gala is on 1 Feb (sold out I believe) and the game is on 3 Feb.

Come out and support the Military and their Families, and see a great game of hockey as well!
