I keep forgetting what's exactly the statement or sentence that we have to say before we leave the shooting range? Can someone remind me of it?

The typical declaration is:

"I have no live rounds or empty casings in my possession, Sir [or other senior range staff].

This may be altered from time-to-time depending on who is running the range, and what type of range you're on.
