Reserve vs. regular qualifications

A question for the SME's here.
What will happen to R23A qualified officers (myself being one), now that the courses are combined (reserve and regular)? 
Will R23A qualified officers be eligible to upgrade to 23A qualifications? 
Will they be able to join the courses already running to upgrade to the reg force standard or will the R signifier simply be taken off of their MOS?

Certain jobs are currently only open to 23A and NOT to R23A .

If you are R23A and have gained that qualification on a Mixed Reg/Res Crse you can probably CT straight into a Regt.  If you are R23A and did not attend one of the Mixed Crses, but a pure Reserve Crse, you may have to start again from scratch.  That will be decided by the Board when it sits and reviews your file.  You may get lucky, you may not.

And of course whatever your CAP and dismounted infantry platoon qualification, you'll need the mechanized platoon course to be a real 23A.

"R" existed long before CAP and DP1 diverged for reg and reserve.  Presumably "R" will remain now that things are back as they started.
