QL

What do QL's refer to?  I believe that they're qualification levels, or something similar?  And what do they designate, when do you get them?  Are they tied to your promotions to Cpl, MCpl, Sgt?  Any info appreciated, thx.

Yes, QL means Qualification level. Your QL3 is your trades course, QL4 is usually OJT, an so on. To reach certain ranks, you need to have completed a certain QL level, an to get to MCpl you need PLQ aswell.
