Hi I was wondering if I would need to get PRESEC done, I have not left Canada in 11 years except to go on a week long vacation in Mexico, however I was born in Brazil and hold dual citizenship.

Although I'm pretty sure that if you have dual citizenship and/or have close relatives living overseas - PRESEC will be required.
