PMQs in Jericho/Vancouver

Hey, wondering if anyone here knows anything about the PMQs in Jericho. Main info I'm looking for, what do you need to do in order to live in one, how much they cost(when I lived on a PMQ in Chilliwack it was free, but not sure if it was free cause I was tasked out there for a month, or if its always free). I want to know a bit about this before I go to my unit an start asking people about it.
