"No unread posts" mystery/bug?

Lately, more than not.

I'll click on "show unread post since last visit"

It will either show very few or no posts.  Now, I know there
are a lot of threads I haven't read and I DIDNT click on the
mark threads as read button.

But, for some reason, the computer/server, um.. god? thinks I have.

Anyone else experiencing this, where all the theads are registered as
read and don't show up?

Perhaps it's that little-known feature wherein the threads can select not to be read by certain individuals. Apparently some threads were feeling that  they were not being taken seriously, and/or some individuals could not be trusted to reply with anything other than nonsense 

...I heard this from a co-worker's friend's mother, so it must be true.

Perhaps someone more powerful than us directs you as to what to read......?

I have the same problem, probably half the time I come to Army.ca.  ???

Clear your cache,
Send subscription to Mike Bobbitt,
Reduce portion of system capabilities dedicated to pr0n downloads,
Sacrifice a chicken (try not to drip blood into the keyboard, it's a bitch to clean out),
Have another tequila,
Reboot.

I think the problem may be that the feature is Show unread posts since last visit. If you last visit was an hour ago, there may not be that many new posts to view. Try this link (all unread topics) and see if it helps:

i had the same problem... just click on refresh and they should appear.

I closed my browser and came back in 10 minutes, didn't have the problem then.
