Good day,
I hope you all are doing well, to give context next course is BMOQA; since this very likely the last time I will have fun in the CAF before I am stuck at a desk for the majority of my career I would like to make the most out of it. I figured if I was strong enough to hold my weapon like this at BMOQA it would make missions more fun as I could just run in a fire off a lot of rounds.
What exercises can I do to be able to hold the c6 or c9 upright like how this guy is doing.
Currently I am 200 lbs 5'11, 145 lbs OHP, able to lateral raise 50 lb dumbell for 3 reps (crappy form for this one)
but I still don't even have enough strength to hold the C7 up for more than 45 seconds; what SPECIFIC exercises should I do to be able to hold my guns up for longer?
EDIT: I did forgot to mention I only want to learn this technique for BMOQA just to fuck around haha, I wouldn't use this in a real world scenario
