I would like to see Canada to get two of those run by the Fleet Auxiliary, with one crewed and other in hot layup to provide shore landing capability, mainly in the Arctic. But could be mobilized to assist elsewhere as needed.
 
The USN may not have a ship for the Marines but they have a name for the ship.
