As is suggested on the second website proposed by AmmoTech90, it is best to write a letter with all the required info to the national archives, easiest that way and you can specify exactly what you want, without a $5 processing fee. On a side note, hope you don't want it too soon, i put in my request almost a month ago and still haven't gotten anything back.
