Little bit of translation help?

I really wasn't sure what forum to post this to, but I need to ask a favor of the less unilingual members of the board.

I leave for BMQ in a few days, and I am trying to print out luggage tags.
Then I realised it would make sense to make them in the local language.

All I am trying to translate is : "If found please contact duty office" or "Please contact if found"

salut moi s est Pat je vien de valcartier j ai passer 9 ans comme artilleur au 5 ralc et maintenant je suis mecano au 5 bns et toujour heureux d etre a valcartier j ai seulement un tours a mon desarois en afghanistan en 2004 et conte partir en 2008 09 s est sa je pense

cdnaviator, je crois que Yrys est ofusqué par le terme ''local language'' Copréhensible puisque le francais (au Canada) n'est pas désigné une langue locale mais belle et bien une langue seconde. Tout comme l'anglais d'ailleurs puisque nous vivons dans un pays officiellement bilingue. Petit détail que plusieurs personnes prennent plus au sérieux.
