my name is Nathan martin i am from the east coast of Newfoundland and i would just like to put in a word of gratitude to all the men and women who are overseas fighting for a better world. you see in my opinion must Canadians don't understand that it's not only politics, you may not agree with what the united states are doing or our Canadian Goverenment are doing, but it's our fellow brothers and sisters who are putting there lives on the line for me and you, again you don't have to agree with whats going on but have courage and back them up 100 percent. they need our sapport so be willing to give it cause some day it could be you, me, your son or daughter, or mother or father that could be overseas fighting for the better world. so to the soldiers that are over seas and to the soldiers that are yet to go, may god be with you, you are in my thoughts daily and I'll be praying for you, may you all have a safe journey and arrive back safe. and everyone remember "it's all for the RED and WHITE".

PS god bless you Julian Austin may god bless you for putting them fantastic words together, the song really brings it back to reality and you realize that we don't live in a world of peace.    to the  "RED AND WHITE"

Wonderful post Nathan! Not a lot of people talk about how proud and grateful we should be to have such great men and women in uniform defending this beautiful country and helping other strangers that they have never met have a better life where they call home. I'm to be a soldier myself and I'm glad to know that we have caring canadians that realize the hardships that this job has and respects the fabulous people in that position. If there were only more people like you!!
