I want to quit (reserves)

I am a 2lt and want to quit the Reserves. I have already withdrawn from the BMQ after the second week because I wasn't able to keep up due to real-life work and school. I'm still incredibly overwhelmed and realized the army isn't for me. How do I quit? Do I meet with my WO at my armoury to start the process?

Talk to your chain of command. If you're so completely new that you don't know who that is yet, your WO will be able to guide you to the right person.
