The airbone drop holster comes in 2 sizes.
Glock/Sig and
Beretta/1911.
Which of the two sizes would better fit the browning 9mm?

I can attest that any holster sized to fit the Beretta would be too big for the Browning.  For example, using the US standard issue UM-84 Bianchi holster for the Browning allowed the weapon to flop around and sometimes fall right out if the holster was inverted/tipped at a specific angle.  There was no "tight" retention.

Where's Infidel-6 when we need him?

I used the Airborne holster you've linked to on TF 3-06.  Got it in the Beretta/1911 size and it worked great, no retention issues whatsoever.  I recommend it, just ride it high on your thigh to avoid the fatigue of a drop leg holster.

However, if you can get a gold of one of these they are far superior.

for the UDHP you will need either a blade tech holster or a safariland for the apporiate pistol. However for the airborne holster you only need to get the right one for the pistol of your choosing.
R711 OUT

As R711 pointed out the HSGI UDHP is not in fact a holster per say. It is simply a cover and leg strap for a kydex holster, that you bolt through the nylon.

I am personally not a big fan of the HSGI holsters. I dont like my holster to flop and around, and so like the straps tight. I found the HSGI straps (I used a UDHP for a while on 1-06) did not have enough flex. I couldnt get them tight enough to keep the holster from flopping around without hurting my leg. Also, I like my holster to ride higher, not mid thigh or below. Granted I am only 5'9 and a bit but I found HSGI holsters to sit to low, even when raised as high as they can go. I am big proponent of the safariland 6004, particularly when cut down for use with a single strap. The entire leg strap is one big piece of elastic so it can be tight and comfortable. Just my two cents.
