Fratricide

Someone please correct me if I am wrong here, I thought Fratricide was when you killed your own on purpose also know as "Fragging". The interpretation I see to day is more general and is any friendly fire on purpose or not.

In my humble opinion

Fratricide = Accidentale killing wounding of own forces IE blue on blue

Fragging = the deliberate killing of own forces.

Simplistic but that's the way I see it!!!!!
