earlier cos date

Hi, here is my predicament. My COS date is 13 July 09 to BTL. i found on the intranet that there is a Ql3 starting on 3 July 09. what is the procedure on how to ask for an earlier report date.  i know it would be a memo, but addressed to who, ie, my CO, new career manager, or the CO of BTL. I know that still is no grantee on getting the course, but its better trying to get on this course , rather then waiting till the next one which isn't till 25 Sept.  and that's no grantee either i will be on that one. but i do know that the one on 3 July still has many spots on it.

Address it to your current chain of command as that is who you belong to.

If your chain wants different they'll let you know....not a big deal.
