DP3A - Who teaches it?

When i did my DP3A in '04 or '05 (can't remember), the staff were all NCOs from a particular office in Gagetown, who i seem to recall were referred to as "the small arms cell". I'm not sure if their cell fell under the infantry school, or even the CTC for that matter, or if they were an amry/CF asset who just happened to be lodged @ gagetown.

Has anyone heard of a "small arms cell" within gagetown? They had a huge vault of foreign weapons if that jogs anyone's memory. If anyone has a clue what i'm talking about, could you please link or post their contact info? I can't find any trace of them on the internet/DWAN. Thanks in advance.

Definately located at the Infantry School.  Try phoning Gagetown and ask for the Infantry School, Small Arms Cell.
