Do most Reservists take Basic Training in the summer?

Do most Reservists take Basic Training in the summer?

If so, is that because the summer BMQ goes into greater detail than the sessions in the Autumn or Winter?

It would be easier for a student to take BMQ in the summer too, wouldn‘t it?

Does the Reservist have a choice whether they take BMQ through the school year or in the summer?

Not necessarialy, I know reservists taking BMQ on weekends right now.

No.

It would be easier for a student to take BMQ in the summer too, wouldn‘t it?

Yes, since we don‘t have school during that time.

Does the Reservist have a choice whether they take BMQ through the school year or in the summer?

Yes.

The SQ(soldier qualification) is also run on weekends aswell as the summer

I graduate from BMQ Sunday, I look forward to SQ to start in September. Both of which is taking place a sunny, picturesque Det. Dundurn :tank:
