Absolutely they do. But they at least turn out good quality knock-offs. They remove the burrs and supply useful manuals.

I did business with Taiwanese manufacturers for die cast/chrome plated components for a number of years and they were turning out some very good products…better in fact than what most of the American manufacturers were turning out. Mind you, in Taiwan and (much more so) in China, pollution controls are largely non existent. Working environments can be quite toxic.

And prices better than most Euro and American suppliers.
