CFRC Video's

I've been trying to watch a few of the videos on the CFRC website, and since my internet is fairly slow, it skips every five seconds I'm watching them. Does anybody know if its possible to download those videos on to a computer?

Go to your local CFRC, they have all of them and more

Do they have video's you can take home or watch their. I went to the CFRC in Edmonton, and did'nt even think to ask to watch the video on the Military Police and Infantry.
