Hi, I'm not asking for much; I know that you sign a contract to not speak about the CFAT. I just want to know what type of mathematics are on the CFAT so I can brush up on the specific types. (e.g algebra, calculus, division.. Etc.) it's my life long dream to be in the CAF and I don't want to fail, it would crush me if I did. Can anybody give me any tips on what types of math too practice before going in? Thank-you.

The best advice I can give you is to buy a GED practice book and do the math portion of it. Long division and multiplying large numbers by hand is the main thing you'll wanna brush up on. Algebra too of course. I was lucky enough to write my GED a month before my aptitude test, and was well prepared. But at the end of the day it is an aptitude test, so technically no amount of studying will guarentee (<< I can never spell that word right) you'll qualify for your trade. It's systematically created so they're able to test your problem solving skills, not your ability to memorize formulas. Good luck, don't stress too much, and don't spend too much time on any one question!
