I say we perform our own testing, here on HARRRmy Dot Sea eh.  Print the hat, make it wear it, snap a photo with your web cam and upload them here.

We will see if the idea is too goofy to implement.  Therefore we can re-look at the idea of a combat badge or Pirate hat for those that have notches on their belts from fighting bad guys.

They were a catastrophically stupid idea during a COIN mission where unnecessary, erroneous, or otherwise coalition-catalyzed escalations of force had the potential to do more operational harm than help.

Have to make it mandatory dress for them. I need another good laugh.

Would most likely be easier to deal with than the stupid SSM when it came out. Biggest pain to deal with as all these officers came in crying about their calculations. I learned to keep a sheet on my computer to show them. I was on training vessel whatever for whatever course and am sure we sailed at least x days. Here you go sir, right here it says the sea time credit for the course is x days. If that doesn't suit you suggest you take it up with the admiral. Enjoy your pink pin.
