Application form question

Hello, I am applying to the GGFG Ottawa next week. While looking at the application form, I noticed there was a section "J" for the RCMP, asking authorization for the CFRC to give my personal info to them in case of future enrollment in the RCMP. As well, there was no declaration of physical fitness to fill in.
Is this right?

Thanks.

???

Declaration of physical fitness?

You don't declare that you are physically fit.  You do their test to prove you are physically fit.

They used to have a question to ask about that....how fast you can run x amount of km. They still kind of do. It will ask about physical activities you are involved in. They will ask you in the interview about these activities you do to keep in shape. It is assumed you already are in shape.

Alright, I was just was checking in case I show up to the CFRC with an outdated form or something. I'm not worried about the physical fitness test either, I've been exercising 3-4 nights a week doing push-ups, sit ups (can do 45-50 each), and a 2.5km jog every second day, passing shouldn't be a problem.

Thanks.
