What is age?

When I turned 40.  I was a former Royal Marine and a fully fledged ninja and my sensei told me that age was a figment of the imagination.  He asked me at that time what my thoughts were.  The answer was:

Mohamad Ali won the world title at 50 so that can't be that old.  Our grandmaster is a National Living Treasure In Japan at 75 so that can't be that old.

40 is the old age of youth yet 5o is the youth of old age.

He nodded and was pleased. 

I knew this.  When I was 10 years old 16 was old when I was 20, 30 was old, yet when I hit 40 (and was/am still very fit) 50 wasn't old.

So what is age!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
