Is this Officer or NCM?

Either way, they won‘t ask you many questions relating to your trade specifically. They‘ll be interested in you and what you have done in the past, what your strenghts and weaknesses are.

Just go over that sheet they give you make sure you can answer all teh questions, tell teh truth and you‘ll be fine.

absolutely not. I know people over 40 who just got in that trade. Not many but some nevertheless.
