Advice anyone ?

Hey just need some advice, I'm planning on either transferring from college to university to get a degree, and join the army as a DEO and apply for pilot (Not fighter), or apply to RMC.

Are my chances better if I apply to RMC or should I just apply as a DEO ?

I recently talked to my recruiter about that and what he said to me is that both are perfectly acceptable but they usually push for RMC.
