I became a fan of Terry Kelly - as did many others - after hearing the song of remembrance "A Pittance of Time".
I recently bought his Christmas Album - and was moved when I heard another song - called Safe Home. It too is a song that has special meaning for those who live or have lived the military experience.
The one thing we always hope is that our troops will come home safe.
I called up Terry Kelly's production company here in Halifax, and Tony (Terry's brother and business partner) arranged for the song to be put on their website so that you all could have a listen.
