Yeah I understand that its an average of you five best years. Just not sure what they actually deduct from your pay to calculate it, like td, pld etc Which is can't seem to find anywhere.

No they couldn't charge me under the NDA on this, that was there initial intent, then they switch it to an IC because they weren't able to lay a charge.

That would make sense if your posted, but for this case, being on leave and in Ottawa there's more than enough locations with CF facilities they wouldn't pay to go to a civilian gym.
