I can help shed a little light on the NCMPD plan - this document was released by "the Digital Chief" last week.

Ah we refer to those as "discussions" because of how they are administered technically. (Through the discussion forums)
I just wanted to add a couple "tips" with these courses in DNDlearn - I'm not sure if RMC has this info in their courses or not...
write out your long answers in notepad...
The assignment files for OPME courses are always given at the beginning of the course. For some with discussions, the discussion topics are not put up right away, but the essays etc should be available from the start.

If you are military or DND then there is no reason why you cannot sign up for the self registration courses in DNDLearn.
It's never a bad idea to let your CoC know you are doing the courses - though the self registration courses shouldn't interfere with your day-to-day work.

My kids and I heard this on the radio this morning and my son said "Well that study was a waste of money... of course it stresses us out when they send Dad away!" :P
They probably have CFC and CFLS etc on the list because of CDA. If you look at the Gagetown site they list CFSCE under CTC, and if I'm not mistaken CFSMI shows up under Borden ... I suppose it all depends on the responsibilities of the org doing the counting.
