If you look here http://www.armee.forces.gc.ca/lf/English/1_3_3.asp?CATE=0#19 in the last paragraph of the question "Can you change trades once you are enrolled in the army"
it says "
Programs also exist for Non-Commissioned Members to transfer to the Officer Corps. Candidates must apply and be found suitable for such training programs"
I am just curious as to what program that is... I though the only was was SPC, but I heard for that, you are picked and asked if you want to do it, you do not apply. SO what is this program whereby someone from the NCM ranks applies to become an officer? I am just wondering, as I have never heard of it. But it is on the DND website, and I would assume the DND knows what it is talking about.
