vision requirments

OK, another question...I wear glasses and without them my vision is pretty bad.  I went to my optometrist and my vision is as follows;
                sphere    cyl      axis
right eye: -4.00      -1.25    045
left eye:  -4.00      -0.75    120

Am I even eligible for combat arms? I applied for the engineers...I've searched for this info, but the numbers mean little to me

If it helps for comparison's sake, my good eye is as follows:

sphere    cyl        axis
-3.50      -1.00    180

This converts to a visual acuity of 6/120 according to the extra paperwork my optometrist had to fill out. I'm no expert, but I believe that's a V4 in the military.
