Would anyone know what division of the Canadian forces is responsible for Technical Surveillance Counter Measures  (TSCM) related activities? I am very interested in this line of electronic work, however I am unclear what route to take joining as a new recruit, to get the right electronics fundamentals training required and then what route to take to get the actual TSCM training within the forces for the particular division. Any and all help would be appreciated.

Thank you,
Stephen.

The Military Police have Technical Security Inspection Teams (TSIT).  You might also be interested in Communications Research.

I'm not in the Military, so I am far from knowledgeable in this situation, but it sounds like something SIGOP, LCIS Tech, and COMMRSCH would do, as part of EW. I would ask a recruiter.
