Tac vests in 32 Brigade

Any Plugs out there in 32 or even TOR SCOTS with Tac vests? I keep hearing about newbies in various Quebec regiments recieving them.

Recruits are getting TVs in Quebec.  Im picking up mine on thuesday

Working right now at Val-Cartier and i saw recruit wearing the new tact vest. At my unit Fus. St-L, you can sign it. I'm in the 35 brigade.
