SQ for Reg Force

I noticed the course outlines for the soldier qualification course in the forum, i am not one for suprises therfore i will ask instead of waiting a week. I am wondering if anyone knows what the training schedule is like and what the course consits of for reg force, if anyone knows can you please share....thanks
